Need to Return an Item?

Making a return is easy, just print and fill in this form then send your book(s) to us within 14 days of the order date. Refunds received after the 14 day period will not be accepted. Please contact customer service if you are unsure regarding your refund or return.

 

All books must be returned in original condition (with unused access codes), undamaged and unopened (packs) - rentals as an exception (must be returned in the same condition as to when it was delivered).

 

For your convenience, you may use our reply paid service and we will deduct the shipping costs ($10.00) from the refund.
