A note to our customers about deliveries during COVID-19

We’re open and operating, however we’re currently experiencing longer than usual delays in shipping, both from our suppliers when we need to source textbooks and from our shipping carriers once orders have been dispatched.     How much does shipping cost?
    Shipping is calculated at time of checkout based on the total value of your order as well as your delivery postcode. You can also use our convenient shipping calculator located on every product page as well as on the cart page once items have been added to your basket.

    Jekkle delivers within Australia only.

    How do I know if a product is available? 

    Please note that not all the items listed on our website are available immediately. They may be marked as "In stock" or "In stock at supplier. While we do our best to keep the product stock status updated at all times, the stock status update may be delayed during peak sales period. 

    "In stock"

    When you see a product marked as "in stock", it means that the product is available at our warehouse. 

    "In stock at supplier"

    When a product is marked as "In stock at supplier", it means that the item is currently available to order but is not available for immediate delivery. The item will be ordered from our supplier before the order can be fulfilled. Some retailers call this a backorder. Estimated order processing times are quoted on the product page. Please note order process times do not include the shipping time which is dependent on your location in Australia and the shipping service you select at checkout (i.e. standard eParcel or Express Post).

    How long does shipping take?

    We use Australia Post eParcel and Express Post as well as Fastway Couriers for Standard Shipping only. Once your order has been placed, we will endeavour to dispatch your items within 2-4 business day if items are available from our warehouse. If some or all items in your order need to be sourced from our suppliers, your order may take up to 7-10 or 10-15 business days before it can be shipped. Item availability is displayed on every product and collection page on this website.

    We recommend that you refer to the Australia Post website to view indicative shipping times to your postcode. All Jekkle orders are sent from our warehouse located in Alexandria NSW 2015, Australia. 

    Where is my order?

    Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email to notify you that your order is on its way. The email will be sent to the email address you provided to place your order and will include your order number and tracking information. If you have any questions about your order, please contact us. You can also access dispatch information from your online customer account. Simply sign-in if you already have an account or create an account using the email address used to place your online order.

    What is Authority to Leave?

    “Authority to leave” means that your parcel can be left in a safe place at the discretion of our shipping carriers. If a safe place is not available, a notification will instructions on how to collect your parcel will be left at your delivery address. Jekkle do not accept responsibility for any loss or damage which results from Authority to Leave delivery method.
